  Big Dreams need BIG Financial and Advisory Services After being a social worker for 18 years an opportunity of a lifetime was presented to me, to own my own business. I needed someone to help me with the steps to get there. I reached out to the Council of Smaller Enterprises, COSE to provide some insight. COSE had just launched a program, incFuse, which connects budding entrepreneurs to seasoned business owners to provide advice. That’s where Jim Bonvissuto, CPA, MBA, CFF enters. Jim Bonvissuto is the President of BIG Financial and Advisory Services in North Royalton, OH. He has an extensive knowledge of accounting, business planning, tax consulting and business mentoring. Jim Bonvissuto had a daunting task ahead of him. I had no business background. I inherently have lots of ambition and am a great advocator, which are two honorable entrepreneurial skills. However, these skills don’t provide the ground work of acquiring and running a successful business. He began from the ground up, providing the necessary knowledge to begin a business. After 16 months and a learning curve that exponentially escalated, I’m now a proud owner of Bricks4Kidz. In an era in which most everything can be found on the internet, it is great to know that there is an individual that can deliver a service much greater than just providing information. Jim has become a lifelong mentor. His knowledge base and understanding of accounting, tax consulting and business planning is invaluable.
