    Big Dreams need BIG Financial and Advisory Services After being a social worker for 18 years an opportunity of a lifetime was presented to me, to own my own business. COSE had just launched a program, incFuse, which connects budding entrepreneurs to seasoned business owners to provide advice. That’s where Jim Bonvissuto, CPA, MBA, CFF enters. Jim Bonvissuto is the President of BIG Financial and Advisory Services in North Royalton, OH. He has an extensive knowledge of accounting, business planning, tax consulting and business mentoring. Jim Bonvissuto had a daunting task ahead of him. I had no business background. I inherently have lots of ambition and am a great advocator, which are two honorable entrepreneurial skills. However, these skills don’t provide the ground work of acquiring and running a successful business. He began from the ground up, providing the necessary knowledge to begin a business.
